As part of a panel session, hosted by Stephen Hansen, at the conference on 5 May, Optimum’s clients explored the latest dynamics of syndicate building for early-stage VCs. With more emphasis being put on demonstrating longer-term stamina, young companies are having to set up investment syndicates with investors that can get them through multiple rounds.
Those companies who are not able to build such a strong syndicate with investors will need to be agile and have alternative options available at their disposal.
